📍 Project Description:
We need to develop a simple mobile application for a management company (real estate management). This will be an MVP version — without complex features, with the possibility of future improvements.
The application should work on iOS and Android, with a basic admin panel (if possible).

Authorization (login/registration)
List of real estate objects (owned by the investor)
Their profitability and monthly reports
Ability to view finances by projects, and request finances.
Notifications (preferably push)
