Redux не замінює React. Це, можна сказати, його доповнення. Тому "переписати React на Redux" трошки неможливо. Можна лиш підключити Redux як стейт-менеджер.

В React у каждого компонента есть свой state-состояние, а redux позволяет сделать общий state для всего приложения, и называется он store.
Можно сказать что redux это способ организации react приложения.
