Приложение полностью MVC. нужно будет реализовать котроллер для тестов и все базовые поля которые нужны для оформления ЕОСАГО.
Документацию по API предоставлю в личку. В общей сложности нужно будет реализовать около 5 методов API-шки.
Данные кажлого рассчёта необходимо будет сохранять в БД
Желательно опыт работы с Phalcon framework.
