Hasura генерит post запросы, по изменению или добавлению записей в бд пишется веб сервер для обработки данных событий, например добавили сообщение вызвался метод. В рамках этого метода дергается апи firebase, плюс возможно делается запрос в graphql для сбора необходимой информации
