If the review is deleted, a certain class can be added to the links or the corresponding text can be displayed on my site. The links will be added to my site manually; they only need to be checked for deletion. Each Google point is a record that has up to 1000 links to reviews. This is how I see the automatic check for whether the review has been deleted or not. If there are options, we can consider them.

They do not need to be parsed; they can be obtained adequately through the Google Places API. Each review has a review_id, which can be used to compare and track the activity of a particular review. This method is more stable + reviews on Google load via AJAX, so parsing them will be extremely uncomfortable, as a mechanism will be needed to scroll the page to load all reviews. However, it will be necessary to initially run a PHP script to assign IDs to the current reviews based on the text match of the review, so that the already existing reviews in the database have an identifier similar to that from the API.
