В нем ведется список абонентов и их оплат.
Есть встроенный редактор отчетов на FastReport
Нужно реализовать отчет, который на выбранную дату будет выводить список абонентов оплативших услуги вовремя (до 10 числа выбранного месяца).
Для анализа нужно использовать оплаты с начала текущего года, т.к. абонент мог оплатить сразу весь год и то значит, что условия оплаты он выполнил.
