Нужно реализовать на Python в виде скрипта с сохранением в таблицу или в виде сайта с админкой на Flask / Django ?
Как часто планируется запуск парсера? Если часто тогда сайты могут заблокировать IP и нужно будет использовать прокси.
Скиньте ссылки для примера откуда парсить и опишите более подробно что нужно в отзывах и рейтинге сохранять и в каком формате.

В таблицу сохранять, инфо нужно для интеграции в сервис моим основным программистом.
Запуск - парсим все названия, отзывы и рейтинги заведений с нужной локации (один остров)
Периодически нужно будет обновлять инфо, чтобы давать юзерам актуальное инфо о заведениях. Как часто можно будет сделать чтобы не заблокировали?
Сохранять инфо в json, парсить нужно с фейсбука - как это делается я не знаю, нужно инфо от вас.
