Суть задачи
Нужно реализовать скрипт импорта прайсов.
Формат прайсов xls,xslx,,csv,yml в базу данных.
Функционал:
-Должен уметь привязывать колонки из прайсов
-Настройки сохранять после привязки
-Загрузку прайсов через крон
-Распредилять кодировки прайсов
