Необходимо реализовать систему для e-mail рассылок ПОД КЛЮЧ.

Главный показатель качества – непопадание писем в спам.
Скорость рассылки по всей базе не больше 12-18 часов.
База рассылки ~ 1 000 000 контактов.
В интерфейсе предусмотреть:
1. Импорт из exel файла или поле для копипаста контактов.
2. Текстовый редактор (либо расширенный html редактор)
Интересуют специалисты кто реализовывал подобное, кто не сталкивался с таким просьба не беспокоить.
