There is a custom client TurboTel Pro 8.8.6 (27239) armeabi-v7a that I have been using for a long time.
Recently, it stopped being supported, when adding a new account, SMS is not sent and a notification appears stating that you are using an outdated version that is no longer supported.
It needs to be somehow revived.

I tried to update the version name and version code in the AndroidManifest.xml file using APK Editor, but this action is not enough. In the Android chat, they suggested that the issue may be related to the outdated TDLib, which Telegram eventually disables. Is it possible to somehow swap the TDLib from the current version of TurboTel Pro into version 8.8.6 so that the client works again and receives SMS? Or are there any other options? This is the main essence of the project.
I updated the application to the current version, but there is one problem.
When entering the "Nearby People" section, the geolocation requires the forced activation of "Google's location service", and without it, nothing works. In version 8.8.6, a notification appeared suggesting to enable "Google's location service", but you could refuse it and everything worked correctly. (see screenshot below)

I occasionally use the application for fake location GPS Emulator and now it is impossible to set the location for multiple accounts because their settings are reset due to the enabled Google's location service.
Attached is the original application file.
