AI recruitment plugin / module / chatbot
1057 USDHi we are looking for freelancer with some openai / ai module background.
We want to prepare an module which will help us with recruitment process in it industry.
I will describe you functionality of requested product/application.
After closed primary recuitment process for example we have 5 applications / cv (in pdf file).
We will upload those cv into system and AI (it can be connected to GPT 4 or similar) and it will extract skills from it and we will decribe more information about every candidate more in text into system.
After describing all informations about candidates we will input information about job role and seeking skills - for example we want to recruit good java developer with kafka skills, candidate should have also good spanish language level.
Next our AI bot will contact (send link at first to planned conversation) directly to each candidate and start typing with each of them. It will also give each of them some random taks (for example - typing some code etc), will check spanish skills etc.
Of course we will parametrize number of planned tasks etc before in process.
In general AI bot will give us information about each candidate background skills level, will create automatically some report and text brief about each candidate.
So here it is 🙂 we want to have this kind of tool for our internal recruitment process to speed it up.
We dont want to hire any hr technicans recruiters (1 for java, 1 for .net, 1 for c# etc.) and want to use AI to check out skills of our candidates at first to have general outlook about them.
