Если это то, что обозначено красным - то это ВОГНУТАЯ поверхность а какая вторая? И при чём здесь редактор произвольных форм - похоже здесь ошибка эскиза канала... Выложите сюда модель в STEP только запакуйте в архив, иначе не прицепите...

Красным отмечено то как нужно изменить грань, то есть утопить её во внутрь, я думаю лучше будет отправить видео с разъяснением в ЛС.
Изначально это было 2 различных детали, я их склеил.

1. Там одна грань плоская, а другая ( которая стыкуется с радиусным каналом) выгнута вверх.
2. При таком угле наклона выходной щели, чтобы обеспечить плавный переход, ннадо было строить канал по сечениям...
3. К сожалению, "доделать " этот файл не получится.
Просто убрать материал, как показано красной линией не выйдет , надо менять форму канала: скругление начинать намного ближе к торцевой стенке противоположной выходной щели.

Как вариант решения этой задачи. Модель не перестраивал, показал плоскостью как можно изменить канал. Обращайтесь.

Не "плоскостью", наверное Вы хотели сказать "поверхностью". Это совпадает с тем, о чем я писал выше.
