Redesign of the homepage on the WordPress Houzez template
33 USD There is a working website on the Houzez theme. It is necessary to reconfigure the homepage according to the new prototype and visual style.
Header Update:
Replace the current logo (I will provide).
Add a call button (phone) and messenger icons (WhatsApp, Telegram) to the right side of the header.
Hero Block (First Screen):
Content type: replace photo, Video Background
Replace the title and subtitle.
Customization of Houzez Search Builder (Search):
Set up the search form through the theme builder.
Enable fields: Purchase/Rent (tabs), Type (apartment/villa), Area (multi-select: Bang Tao, Rawai, etc.), Bedrooms (1-11), Property type (Freehold/Leasehold).
Filters: Price and area sliders, extended checkboxes (Sea view, Pet friendly).
Special Offers Section (Quick Filters):
Display filter buttons: “Price Reduced”, “Up to 4 million baht”, “Sea View”, etc.
Link them to categories or labels of properties in Houzez.
Content Blocks (Widgets):
Top-5 Projects: Section with cards of properties selected manually.
Best Offers: Standard Houzez grid with current listings.
CTA Block (Call to Action): Two buttons: “Book a Tour” (for those on the island) and “Zoom Showing” (for those abroad).
Footer:
Place partner-developer logos.
Update contact information.
