Looking for a 2-in-1 freelancer (or two for 2 tasks) with English language skills for the social startup Cheerri in Bristol (UK), remote work, location of the performer does not matter. We create content for the British running audience and are looking for someone to help scale the production of Reels and content ideas. What we do: Cheerri helps turn solo runs into a more social experience through simple human interactions between runners via friendly interactions and elements of community visual identity.
The project is in its early stages. We are looking for people interested in running, community, well-being, and human connections.

Task #1 — Reels Editor
Need to create a series of similar Reels based on an already prepared concept (initially about 10-15 pieces, with the prospect of regular collaboration if the work is successful).
What will be provided:
- original drone videos (insert duration)
- ready script and structure of the video
- references
- branding materials
What needs to be done:
- editing videos to 35-40 seconds, format 9:16, original video 5-10 minutes (need to gather 10 runners: solo or group)
- creating intro and outro in English
- working with typography and graphics
- visually highlighting solo runners and groups
- object tracking
- displaying counters and statistics
- speeding up certain segments to maintain attention
- selecting a track
- it is important not just to assemble the video, but to make it dynamic and engaging for the viewer until the end
Experience in editing Reels/TikTok with infographics, object tracking, and analytical elements will be a significant advantage.
Task #2 — Content Creator (UK Running Culture)
Looking for someone with experience working with Instagram who understands British running culture, local running communities, and the nuances of communication with the British audience on Instagram.
What needs to be done:
- come up with teasers and ideas for Reels
- search for relevant topics and insights from the world of British running
- propose content hypotheses for testing and account growth
- adapt communication for the British audience
- help find local humor, memes, and cultural specifics
- ideally — 5–10 content ideas per month and regular participation in finding new formats for account growth
Will be a plus:
- personal running experience
- living in the UK
- experience working with local communities, sports, wellness, running, or lifestyle projects
English level: confident working for the editor, fluent written for the content creator.
Preferred collaboration format: cost per video / package of work.
