Hello, if you need advertising, it should be up to 15 seconds, that's the base, I will explain later if needed, the budget will be enough then. I even suggested making one video for 1500 without unnecessary frills but well thought out (within this budget, a static banner can also be made + a preview for the video), and immediately (or later) make another video for 1500 that will reach the rest of the target audience that the first one did not reach. So there will be a completely different non-classical approach.
ADVERTISING - this is the video that will catch and lead a person to the already INFO video if it is needed, or better to the website with such a video. And the Info video can already be long (max 2 minutes) and will cost more.. although if ordering both, it might be enough because there will be a discount.

I mean that if you haven't been doing this for at least a few years, don't start in the middle and with a minimal budget - start with banners and short catchy videos, they can be posted on all social networks for free at first, look at the feedback, draw conclusions, gain experience, learn a bit yourself.. because it's better to do what you can yourself, and have an idea about the rest..
