Recruiter for employee selection in the field of landscaping (Warsaw, Poland)

I am looking for a specialist for recruitment in the field of landscape gardening. The company is located in Warsaw (Poland).

A responsible person is needed who will be engaged in searching and selecting candidates for work in caring for green plantings.

Responsibilities:

• searching for candidates (various channels: websites, social networks, databases, etc.)
• initial selection and assessment of candidates
• communication with candidates
• passing selected candidates to the employer

Requirements:

• experience in recruitment of at least 1 year
• understanding of the specifics of work in the field of landscaping or willingness to quickly understand
• responsibility and organization
