Requirements:
English level — from B2.
Ability to work with LinkedIn, social networks, and job boards.
Communication skills, organization, and results orientation.

Searching and attracting candidates in the American market (through LinkedIn, social networks, job boards).
Conducting initial interviews in English.
Evaluating resumes and candidates' compliance with job requirements.
Maintaining a candidate database in CRM/ATS.
Close collaboration with managers regarding current vacancies.
Supporting candidates at all stages of the selection process
