📍 Remote | Part-time | Task-based work, not full-time
SPARK — an international architectural company.
We work with major developers in Europe and the Middle East.
We are currently scaling our international sales team and looking for recruiters who can find strong B2B sales managers to work with developers through personal meetings.
We do not need an HR "for show".
We need a person who understands how to find strong salespeople, can assess candidates, and bring hiring to a successful conclusion.
What you need to do:
• Search and attract B2B sales managers
• Candidate hunting through LinkedIn, Telegram, Work.ua, and other platforms
• Conduct initial interviews
• Assess sales and communication skills
• Pass final candidates to the company
• Support the candidate until they start working and complete their probation period
Who we are looking for:
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting / personnel selection
• Experience in hiring sales managers is preferred
• Ability to independently search for candidates
• Understanding of how to assess strong negotiators
• Independence and results-oriented
• Russian language is mandatory
• English is a plus
Work format:
• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule
• Task-based work, not office full-time

Terms of cooperation:
