Project description: I am looking for an experienced freelance recruiter for "cold" candidate sourcing for the COO (Chief Operating Officer) position at a premium Ukrainian D2C footwear brand (bosi.ua). Your task: Direct sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, closed databases, networking). Standard job postings on Work.ua are not effective; hunting is required. Initial screening of candidates for adequacy and profile fit. Passing filtered leads to me for a final 15-minute interview. Criteria for our ideal candidate (COO): Management experience in e-commerce, understanding of unit economics. Practical experience in warehouse accounting automation, production, and CRM system implementation. Willingness to engage in crisis management: cost optimization, automation, implementation of regulations (SOP). Expected result: A stable flow of 3-5 relevant candidates per week.
