Creating advertisements: Writing attractive texts and selecting/creating visuals for announcements.
Posting: Publishing job vacancies on social media (Facebook groups, Instagram) and on specialized job boards.
Candidate selection: Processing applications, initial verification of candidate compliance with requirements (experience, availability of documents for travel/work).
Reporting: Providing a database of selected candidates (full name, phone number, brief description) to the company manager.
Conditions and deadlines:
Execution time: 3–5 days to launch the campaign and provide the first candidates.
Budget: 2,000 PLN.
Payment condition: Payment is made after the candidate has worked for 14 days (guarantee period).
Requirements for the performer:
Experience in mass recruitment (blue-collar workers).
Ability to work with the target audience (workers).
Availability of verified channels for distributing job vacancies.
