На видеохостинге ютуб посмотри. Там целые видеокурсы имеются (особенно если в "Фильтрах" выставить "Плейлисты"). Есть из чего выбрать: можно выбирать по степени изложения материала, тембру голоса... После чего, просто повторяй за лектором.
С первого раза может не получиться, много будет забываться... Это нормально. Просмотри видеоролики несколько раз.
Ну а потом, когда получишь первый навык программирования, можешь нанять человека для своего дальнейшего роста.
Мне кажется, что так будет эффективней.
