Reporting Tool with BI and ETL
I have an idea to build a reporting tool for finance domain. Tool is assumed to be a web-based.
It is expected to import data from heterogeneous data sources like Excel Files, Flat Files, XML, RDMBS, Cloud Databases etc.
Tool should be having different transformation objects that can modify the data as per the business needs.
Finally, the aggregated and filtered data should be able to populate on the Freeform(Excel Workbook with multiple sheets).
Import Data -> Apply Filters/Apply Aggregations/Add Transformation Logics/Add new Columns -> Populate aggregated data into specific cells within the Excel Sheet.
