Восстанавливать фото можно по сохранившимся элементам и фрагментам. Подозреваю что в данном случае создавать рисунок по посторонним подобным костюмам, тк. тут от платья остатки белого провала в отсутствии фактуры -

Нужно полностью восстановить. На счёт фона я только не уверен пока что. Но я не думаю, что фон будет проблемой даже если его поменять. Проблема с лицами и одеждой. Даже цвет не так важен, ч/б полностью устраивает.
