I am looking for the help of a specialist, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks related to a multimedia device based on Android. The device is rare, installed in a car. There are no public solutions available online, but there are non-public ones. I would like to obtain my own developments:
1) Open ADB mode
2) Intercept system update files from the cache (the update is non-standard)
3) Learn how to localize APKs, ideally if debugging can be organized in an emulator or on another device, for example, a tablet
