Project brief for visualization (Revit → D5)

1. Model preparation

- Receive the architectural model in Revit.

- Before starting, check all materials in Revit.

- Currently, some elements are assigned only a color — need to check and correct.

- Materials should be logically divided (wood, stone, metal, glass, etc.) to correctly assign textures in D5.

- If necessary, refine small elements of the model (facade details, lighting, joints).

2. Materials

Facade and exterior:

- black planed Shou Sugi Ban, slat 138 mm

- pine (natural)

- anthracite aluminum:

- roof edge

- plinth

- external window frames

- internal window frames — pine

- terrace board:

- width 140 mm

- gap 6 mm

- direction along the house

- jacuzzi — stainless steel

Interior:

- floor — French herringbone

- slat width 120 mm

- herringbone point directed towards panoramic windows

- ceiling:

- pine

- beams — glued pine

- two options:

Create realistic lighting:

- backlighting under the roof (under the mauerlat)

- backlighting under the structure

Create 3 scenarios:

1. vertical slats Shou Sugi Ban

2. automatic fabric roof

3. combined option:

- one type over the jacuzzi

- another over the entrance

- third over the area opposite the bedroom

7. Final result

Required:

- 10 renders

- 5 external

- 5 internal

- high photorealistic level (luxury / resort style)

- file with all materials from D5
