I am the owner of an e-commerce project. We work with various traffic sources and marketplaces, and we also have a network of suppliers. Currently, there is a need to systematize financial accounting. What needs to be implemented: Create an automated or semi-automated spreadsheet in Google Sheets. The operations manager will enter basic input data daily, and the spreadsheet should automatically compile financial results. I have attached a photo of how the final result should look. Instead of product categories, there should be the traffic source. Input data: Sources: Rozetka, Prom, Epicentr, Google Ads, Hotline. Basic metrics: number of leads, statuses, purchase cost, margin.
