Більш точну ціну можу сказати після більш детальнішого ТЗ. Якщо просто додати іконки з посиланням на інші сторінки, то це займе 2-5хв якщо додати їх статично і вартість 50грн. А якщо динамічно самому змінювати, лише завантаженням необхідної іконки та змінювати посилання то вже 200-250грн і займе десь одну годину. Ще багато що залежить від того наскільки якісно попередній програміст реалізував ваш сайт. Але немає задач які неможливо вирішити.

Специализируюсь больше на ВП и ДЛЕ, лендинги, поддерживаю сайты на Джумле, МодХ, ОК. Но часто приходится браться и за другие движки/скрипты. Так как больше работаю с кодом. Но программированием как таковым не занимаюсь. Версткой макетов - тоже.
В основном работа с готовым - установка, настройка, доработка, корректировка...
