Hello! We are the Vladi-Toys team, and we are currently working on launching a new cool brand. It’s something completely new — bright, stylish, with soul. We are creating a game world where visual style plays an important role, and here we really need your help!
Who are we looking for?
We need a long-term collaborator illustrator (outsourcing) who is ready to develop the brand’s new visual world together with us. We are looking not just for a performer, but a co-creator who can work with ready ideas, improve them, and add life to every detail.
What needs to be done?
Hand redrawing of AI-generated images:
Refine illustrations, preserving the overall idea, composition, and atmosphere.
Remove typical AI “mistakes”: extra fingers, strange proportions, soap textures, blurring, etc.
Improve detail, make images clear, bright, and “alive”.
Add a sense that this is a real hand-drawn illustration, not a generated picture.
Sometimes — a little more:
Draw a character in another pose, with different emotions, angle.
Reconsider the image: do a redesign, add an interesting element, change the entourage — everything depends on the task.
What style suits us?
Expressive, bright, with deep colors and good detail.
Often — fantasy with elements of cyberpunk or children's game style.
Works should have emotion, character, volume, like quality game art (examples: Hearthstone, Warcraft, Pixar/Disney — depending on the task).
What else is important:
Ability to work with AI images — understand what to keep and what to fix.
Ability to work quickly and with quality — we love order, but without unnecessary bureaucracy 🙂
If you love inventing, drawing from scratch, creating images — that’s a huge plus!
We value honesty, creativity, and comfortable communication. If something is unclear — it can always be discussed.

Link to portfolio (especially interested in examples of fantasy, game art, characters).
If you have already worked with AI art — show “before” and “after” examples.
Estimated rates — per illustration / per hour / per type of work.
And approximately how long it takes to create one piece.
