В настройках же незабудьте указать порт принтера чеков что бы на него печатало. В этом тоже бывают ошибки.

Вы через артсофт запускаете или эмулятор? Вот пример. Просто в 1С есть отдельно эмулятор, и есть эмулятор под печать.

Именно оно, теперь нажмите настроить, и установите драйвер. Он идет в поставке 1С, так что проблем быть не должно

І драйве встановив . І розумію , що я ходжу по колу , І рядом біля рішення і ніяк . Вся заковика в настройках . Там com порт . Емулятор по ком порті не знаходить принтер і того не друкує . ( був такий в мене варіант) але я десь до читався що арт драйвер платний , хоча в 1с він позначений як безплатний . І далі не рухався

Арт платный на новых версиях 1С, там эти уже не покатят))) Пишет снят с поддержки. А так, драйвер бесплатный. Тут нужно копать в сторону принтера, что бы его увидел эмулятор. Или напрямую выстявлять принудительно например сом 9, что чаще всего отдается под фискалы(Почему так, не знаю)
