Need a specialist for the development of BIM models of metal suspended ceilings

We are a manufacturer of metal suspended ceilings: metal Armstrong and rail ceilings. We want to create high-quality BIM models of our products so that architects, interior designers, and planners can easily use our solutions in their projects.

We are looking for a specialist with experience in developing BIM models for construction or interior products.

What needs to be done:

Develop BIM models for our products:

1. Metal cassette ceiling type Armstrong.

2. Metal rail ceiling.

3. Main options for sizes, colors, types of installation, and configurations.

4. If necessary - models of individual elements of the system: panels, rails, profiles, suspension system, corners, connections.

Expected formats:

• Revit / RFA;

• IFC;

• if possible - Archicad / GSM;

• if necessary - 3D formats for the website or catalog.

Requirements for models:

• correct geometry;

• optimal file weight so that models do not overload projects;

• ability to change key parameters: sizes, color, type of panel / rail;

• correct display of materials;

• clear file structure;

• usability for architects and designers in real projects;

• possibility of further placement of models on our website for client downloads.

What we will provide:

Desired experience of the performer:

• experience working with BIM models for Revit, Archicad, or IFC;
