It is necessary to develop a complete set of design documentation (DD) for the manufacture of a metal frame for furniture.
Development object: Exclusively metal frame.Note: Wooden or other decorative elements in the sketch are shown only for clarity and understanding of the overall dimensions of the product.
Input data:
A sketch/drawing with the main dimensions and technical requirements is attached to the project.
Profile: according to the technical specifications in the sketch.
Technical requirements for the result
The expected outcome is a complete set of files for production:
3D models and 2D drawings: Assembly units and detailing (PDF format).
Files for equipment: * DXF (for laser cutting) — indicating the material thickness and the number of parts in the file name.
IGES (for pipe cutter).
General assembly: In STEP format.
Bending maps: For sheet metal parts (indicating the sequence, angles, and bending lines).
BOM (Specification): Report in Excel format (materials, fasteners, components for purchase).
