Development of KMD — Bin for scrap metal
Need the development of a 3D model and a set of KMD drawings and dxf layouts (metal construction detailing) for the product "Container for scrap metal" based on the KMD stage drawings.
Composition of the product (total weight ~12,034 kg per unit, 2 pcs.): — Bucket (8595A1-D-10001) — 6210 kg — Left half of the basket (8595A1-D-10002) — 2530 kg — Right half of the basket (8595A1-D-10003) — 2530 kg — Open truss (8595A1-D-10008) — 476 kg — Small parts: axes, levers, support plates, plates (~288 kg)
Material: steel S275JR and S355.
What needs to be done: — Based on the provided KMD drawings (16 sheets), develop a 3D model and a complete set of KMD — Drawings of starting marks and parts (DXF format for CNC cutting) — Assembly diagrams and welded joint nodes — Specifications of assembly marks, material lists, welding seam tables — Consider the requirements for ultrasonic testing of power welded seams
Output data: a set of KMD drawings in PDF format (provided after agreement).

Experience with metallurgical/industrial equipment is mandatory.
