This will allow you to cover your area of 5x7 meters with a minimal number of supports, without overloading the budget.
My approach to the design:
Frame: I propose using a profile pipe (square cross-section). This is the "gold standard": easy to assemble, easy to weld, aesthetically pleasing.
Optimality: For the size of 5x7 m, a single-pitched or double-pitched canopy will be ideal. A single-pitched roof is the cheapest to manufacture.
