Development of a platform for the use of NFC chips

Good day!
I am looking for a developer who can help create an app for my clothing brand. I will have NFC chips for each item, with which the customer can perform various activities (partially related to blockchain). I know that there are several platforms that offer something remotely similar, so if you know how to simplify this process, I am okay with using something as a basis rather than starting from scratch.
I will provide more details about the project in personal correspondence.
