Hello, I will design a house for the specified cost of 27 thousand hryvnias and within a term of 30 days, I will create a site development intention scheme and the architecture of the house (floor plans, sections, facades) with a total area of all floors and levels up to 200 m2. I will send project samples. The final cost will be determined after agreeing on the area and complexity of the house. The drawings will show furniture and sanitary fixtures (sinks, toilets, bathtub, shower), ventilation and chimney ducts, wall placements, partitions, and windows. The site development intention scheme will show the placement of the house, canopy, structures, driveway, and paths. You can purchase fir trees, thuja, boxwood, and various rhododendrons at the garden center and plant them in the entrance area of the flowerbed. The rest of the area can be sown with grass or covered with ready-made rolled green carpet so that it will be easier to mow the lawn with a lawnmower and not have to navigate around various alpine hills and trim the grass around trees and shrubs manually with special scissors. Because the lawn will need to be mowed at least once every 3 weeks, and this pleasure is not cheap, you can either do it yourself or ask your or your neighbors' children for 1000 hryvnias; they will provide the service and everyone will be satisfied. For an additional fee, I will execute drawings of building structures, foundation designs, masonry plans, ceilings, roofs, lintels, stairs; I have experience in designing shelters.
