I understand that you need to create a graphic interface program that will run the BarTender UltraLite program.
I have experience in similar development (see the work portfolio "An example of a program for automation of work in another program").
To create such a program, you need to work in the BarTender itself on a particular example to understand how to organize the management software.
You should also know the version of BarTender and the version of the operating system in which all this has to work.
