The performer technically completed everything, but the result did not satisfy me - during the task clarification, no explanatory questions were asked, explanatory comments were written formally, most of them do not answer the question asked. In my opinion, the performer lacks the desire to perform the work qualitatively not only formally, but also in terms of content. I was ready to increase the project cost for a satisfactory result, but the performer simply insisted that no revisions other than grammatical constructions would be made and not discussed.
Unsatisfied with the interaction - did not notice client orientation and professional explanations for a person not from the legal field.
