Good day! I represent the Nexus Core team. We have reviewed the prototypes of the AM Website. The task is clear: it is necessary to implement a multi-page mini-site (8+ pages), including the main page, blog, "About Us" page, and four product pages (HustleHub, MindSetter, Learn&Earn, SkillGainer) with full responsiveness for both Desktop and Mobile versions. For development, we will use our specialized stack — Next.js 14 in conjunction with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. This will ensure maximum page loading speed and ideal SEO optimization, which is critical for product landing pages. Instead of outdated solutions, we will integrate Sanity CMS so that you can conveniently and quickly manage the content of the blog and products without involving developers. The availability of ready-made prototypes in Figma will allow us to focus on pixel-perfect layout and smooth interface animation.

To finalize the technical plan, we have a few clarifications:
Is complex functionality (personal account, payments) planned on the product pages, or are these informational landing pages with CTAs?
What language/languages should the site support (is multilingualism needed)?
Are there specific requirements for animations during scrolling or transitions between pages?
