Я хоббист. Ардуинку использую для самоделок. Профессиональный уровень предложить не могу.
Железки лучше брать на али - так и дешевле, и возможно даже быстрее доедут ко мне (сейчас нахожусь не в Харькове). Знаю где брать+возможно есть небольшие скидки. Например, сама плата ардуино МЕГА стоит 250 грн, вместо 690 (в том магазе что Вы приложили). Остальное не смотрел.
Если проект не срочный, есть месяц-полтора времени - можно подумать за цену 5к грн+цена оборудование. Но нужно еще обсуждать нюансы.
