We are looking for a detail-oriented performer for ongoing manual tag selection for an Etsy vintage goods store.
Task
For each product, it is necessary to select exactly 13 relevant tags in English, targeting Etsy USA buyers.
We provide:
- product photos;
- name and type of item;
- material;
- color;
- style;
- dimensions;
- approximate manufacturing period;
- key features;
- verified information about the brand or manufacturer, if available.
The performer is only responsible for tags. Creating titles, descriptions, selecting categories, prices, and filling in other listing parameters is not required.
Main Requirements
- exactly 13 tags for each product;
- maximum length of one tag — 20 characters, including spaces;
- tags in English;
- focus on Etsy USA;
- natural search phrases;
- all tags must correspond to the specific product;
- no word should repeat within a single set of 13 tags;
- singular and plural forms are considered repetitions;
- related words with the same meaning are also considered repetitions;
- unverified characteristics are prohibited;
- copying identical sets between different products is prohibited;
- filling the list with generic phrases like unique gift, home decor, or rare find without verified search value is prohibited.
Tools
The main mandatory tool is eRank.
Additionally, the following may be used:
- Etsy Marketplace Insights;
- Etsy search suggestions;
- manual analysis of Etsy Search;
- relevant competitive listings.
Using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and other AI tools for generating, checking, or correcting tags is prohibited.
All tags must be selected manually based on eRank data and product characteristics.
Result Format
For each product, one line must be provided:
tag 1, tag 2, tag 3, tag 4, tag 5, tag 6, tag 7, tag 8, tag 9, tag 10, tag 11, tag 12, tag 13
Work is conducted in Google Sheets.
Volume
Approximately 150–300 products per month.
Products are delivered in batches of 20–50 items.
Payment
€0.33 for each accepted product.
Examples:
- 150 products — €49.50;
- 300 products — €99.
A product is considered accepted if exactly 13 relevant tags are provided, the 20-character limit is adhered to, and there are no repeating words.
Test Assignment
Before starting ongoing cooperation, a paid test on 10 products must be completed.
The cost of the test is €3.30.
For some test products, screenshots of the research in eRank will need to be provided.
