Budget: 400 USD Deadline: 10 days
My real client acquisition strategy will be... based on a targeted approach to niches with a high level of "administrative pain".
1. Niche and region:
I propose starting with Dental Clinics in the United Kingdom.
Why: This is a business with a high average transaction value, where every missed call or unanswered message after 6 PM is a direct loss of money. They have a constant routine: bookings, cancellations, reminders. They are perfect for your voice agents and chatbots.
2. Where to search and channels:
Source: Google Maps (searching by locations in UK cities) and specialized business directories.
Channels: Email (first contact) + LinkedIn (to reach out to owners/managers). Email is official and convenient for tracking, while LinkedIn is a way to build trust.
3. Plan for the first week (Testing phase):
Lead collection: I will prepare a list of 250+ qualified dental clinics.
Contacts: We will reach out to 150+ businesses in the first week.
First message: A short email about "solving the problem of lost bookings during off-hours."
Follow-up: If there is no response after 3 days - a polite inquiry: "Is this relevant for your clinic right now?"
Tracking: We will use Google Sheets with clear statuses (New, Contacted, Interested, Call Booked). Reporting every 2 days.
4. Realistic results (7-14 days):
I expect to receive 10-15 interested responses and 3-5 booked calls. This is a quality result for the first testing phase, which will allow us to see if the market "accepts" the offer.
Why me:
I do not just collect contacts. I develop these automations myself on Make.com, so I understand which technical details "sell" the service. I can explain to the client not only what we offer but also how it integrates into their business without pain.
Payment:
I am ready to discuss a model: fixed payment for a week of work + bonus for each booked qualified call.
