45 USDЕсть команда разработчиков (2 back-end/PHP, 1 front-end, 1 UI/UX, 1 PM, DevOps engineer), пара выполненных проектов (крупных и не очень) на Magento/Laravel, нам нужен грамотный сейлз менеджер, который может привести новых клиентов и вести их в рамках свои прямых обязанностей. Есть стоковый UpWork про аккаунт (3 отзыва за пару лет, 1 — 3 звезды, 2 — 5 звезд), было принято решение сделать UpWork главным каналом генерации лидов, с последующим их выводом на прямое сотрудничетво.
Интересует человек, который имеет хороший английский язык, и хотя бы немного понимает как продавать web разработку.

"вести их в рамках свои прямых обязанностей" - это НЕ прямые обязанности сейлза! Это прямые обязанности PM-а! Сейлз должен продавать приведенным лидам и продавать максимально качественно!
"было принято решение сделать UpWork главным каналом генерации лидов" - это начало конца! Крайне опрометчивое решение!
