Sales manager (Eng)
Требуется профессиональный sales менеджер с опытом работы в IT сфере на фуллтайм занятость (ориентировочная загрузка 40-45 часов в неделю).
Специалист с опытом работы на удалёнке, понимает специфику разработки мобильных приложений или веб-сайтов, имеет опыт продаж в IT сфере (веб-сайты, хостинг услуги, приложения, реклама и т.п.), знает английский язык на уровне не ниже разговорного, выполняет задачи в срок, умеет работать с CRM системами. Примерные задачи менеджера: обзвон клиентов, разрешение конфликтных ситуаций, поиск компромиссов, работа с дебиторской задолженностью, заключение договоров, консультирование по продуктам компании. Работа в основном с АНГЛОГОВОРЯЩИМИ клиентами.
Требования к кандидатам:
Опыт работы на позиции sales-менеджера - от 3-х лет
Опыт работы на удалёнке - не менее 1-го года
Опыт работы в CRM Bitrix24 - да
Знание английского языка - обязательно
Навыки и стек соискателя - обязательно наличие опыта продаж в IT сфере
Наличие занятости - нет или фриланс только
Наши условия:
Часовая ставка: 250 рублей;
Мотивация: до 5% с оплаченного счёта. Средний чек 550,000 рублей.
Программный стек: bitrix24, slack, notion.
Уровень занятости: 40-45 часов в неделю.
Работа по договору, оплата 2 раза в месяц, привязка оплаты к затраченным часам в time doctor.
