There is a serious question to freelancehunt why this freelancer and his company is ranked in the first place. I fell for the rating and now I'm sure that things weren't without "cheating" here.

Brief description of events.
First, they offered to make a project on wordpress. Agreed with the choice of the engine, began to do. Finished the design / layout pretty quickly. They couldn't even get started with programming. There were delays in terms. Moreover, they themselves set the deadlines, and I only asked that each stage have a completion date. It doesn't matter what date (at least next year), as long as it is. Serious concerns arose when they were already late for absolutely all items of work for at least a week. At the programming stage, things got even worse - the design elements (buttons, frames, ... their position) differed from those that were agreed in the layouts with the designer.And the logic of some sections of the site was in general opposite to what was agreed (with the same designer).He came to the conclusion that the programmer did not see or hear about the designers on which the designer worked.I did almost complete the job of the manager.Not surprising because.There is no manager in this team.There’s only one who has to count the money.He complained many times and asked to change the programmer, but he received the answer: "The rest are busy, there is only this."In general, the presumption of guilt applies to the customer in this company - they are often questioned whether they have paid.It was extremely unpleasant to hear such things, so I paid absolutely for all (!)work (+ improvements) forward (yes, the full cost of the site and another half above - trusted!)When before the end of the site (with the minimum functionality of a simple open blog) was left to make a couple of pages from the user's personal office, suddenly FREE (!)The warnings were transferred to the framework.It was really scary when I went to the server because of the unfunctioning site, I didn’t see anything from the WordPress.All files were deleted, the database was well cleaned.Although the day earlier the site was virtually awarded on the wordpress.Here I really got a little heart attack not enough because of my own insecurity - before that no backups have yet been able to do, and the money is already paid for the passed stages of programming!The site did not see the entire second half of the execution period.Instead of the site there was a clean page index.php and a lot of incomprehensible files/papers on the server.How to enter the framework control panel I didn't know because.I never had anything to do with him.In the end, he asked for a deadline for completion.If everything was ready, they would just remove this "slip" from the site.But after the last deadline, the site has remained a “white list.”As a result, there was a situation in which the practically awarded, working, fully paid site on the wordpress was removed, and nothing was transferred to the framework.The money was returned on request, but not completely, argumenting that with the old engine the site was partially working. I don’t agree with the argumentation - we pay for the final product, and not for the fact that it once was but then it was broken (especially since I didn’t have any backups with a working WordPress site).

Conclusions.
The first thing that caught my eye was low organizational skills. It was evident how hard it was to evaluate each item of work (both in terms and in cost). More precisely, the items of work were not evaluated individually, but in batches. And the price of these packs was exhibited "on a vskidku". Probably, the company works only with static one-page sites with a constant low price. If you want to order something more complicated - do not get fooled by the rating.

Of course, the delay situation is 100% our fault, they recently agreed on a refund for what was paid for at the second stage, and already for the first stage accepted by the customer (which is confirmed by correspondence and acceptance of work personally by the customer under the login - Aleksey G, evidence can The fault is ours, but the agreement was about dispersing on a peaceful note, with the return of money for the second stage!
