Need a website design for an IT company (Only design) and only the homepage at the moment, perfectly worked out.

The mobile version and desktop version are equivalent, not cut down in functionality, and Mobile First; simply adapting quickly to Mobile is not the approach, both designs need to be worked out.

Attached is the most detailed technical specification with references, everything should be in one style.

You should have examples of your work.

I understand that it will take time to work out the details, it is absolutely fine if it is necessary to pay in parts during the development. If illustrations or icons or any other objects, videos are needed, you need to show specific references in 2D, I will order from another specialist to draw them.

This is what is needed in terms of design, please consider the concept of shadow style, neatness, the feeling it gives, what emotion it evokes. I do not need just to assemble a standard design; I need someone who understands what design is in its essence and what emotions it evokes.
