- Подобрать и установить модуль новой почты (или правильно настроить уже установленный).
- Изменить корзину, порядок заполнения, выбор отделения НП из списка
- Исправить отражение телефон в шапке (в одну строку)
- Добавить пробелы между блокам: Способ доставки, Способ оплаты, Информация о покупателе
- Сделать отражение телефона на сайте в формате +38(__)___-__-__
- Добавить иконки у способов доставки. (значек НП и значек "самовывоз").
- Выделить блоки. Подобрать и добавить каждому заголовку блока иконку (Информация, О покупателе, Оплата, Доставка).
- Нижний блок "Оплата": сумма, и кнопка подтвердить заказ закрепить снизу экрана.
- При выборе отделения, добавить выпадающий список и быстрые города: Кииев, Одесса, Харьков, Днепр, Львов
- При выборе доставки указать информацию о стоимости наложенного платежа.

С опенкартом работаю постоянно более 5 лет и очень часто возникала необходимость переработки страницы оформления в том числе с добавлением отделений новой почты, знаю нюансы и реализую вашу задачу.
Для страницы оформления, вам нужно будет купить модуль simple (если у вас еще не стоит), а новая почта будет предоставлена с моей стороны, если не подойдет существующая (нужно смотреть).
9 пункт скорее под вопросом, так как логика работы там немного другая и зависит от выбранной области.
