367 USD Logically, the system can be divided into two parts: part of the student’s response collection and part of the teacher’s response discussion.
Part of the collection of answers - students and teachers receive a link to the SMS with a link to the system entry to answer the questionnaire. Questions are answered and their answers are stored in the DB.
Part of the discussion - the narrow blood of teachers is gathered and the representative of the NGO shows the average data on answers to questions on different topics and under topics. Teachers vote online for the topics and under the topics they consider the most critical.
The answers are preserved and presented on the dashboard.
The site should be accessible both under the desktop and under the mobile.

Ситуация следующая: Проект начинала с одним фрилансером который не может его закончить. В принцепе больше половину готово ( вордпрес, bootstrap). Поэтому в идеале это просто доработать проект ( там готов весь функционал с ролями, кроме презентации и дэшборда , подключить сервис смс и в конце одеть дизайн)
Если не найду в ближайший день два того кто доработает - то весь проект оцениваю на 3 недели.
Дорабоки где-то на неделю остались. Готова заплатить 300 долларов. -
Звучит грустно. Триста долларов для трёх недель маловато (или наоборот три недели для 300 - много). Следует указать категорию php и упомянуть о wordpress в описании. Вообще начал обсуждение потому-что есть опыт работы если не один-в-один то похожим проектом со штатов. Да и написан он на python.
С php есть опыт работы, но как по мне CMS это хуже, фреймворка, который в пару кликов и базу данных создаст и функционал "с коробки" уже имеет.

Да. Функционал Django полностью поддерживает и даёт возможность работы с шаблонами HTML, с CSS, Javascript, Jquery. Это полноценный веб-фреймворк с использованием Python на бэкенд.

Минимальная цена разработки такой платформы - $2,5-3.5k.

Вы взялись по не знанию за смешную сумму, а если сейчас за 300-500, кого-нибудь наймете, потеряете и эти деньги.

Здравствуйте. Выбрать для такого проекта WordPress было плохой идеей, он примете Вам ещё кучу проблем в ходе доработки, и эксплуатации. Если вложения не совсем ещё большое были, стоит переосмыслить идею и взяться за более производительную платформу и лучше самопис.
