And the truth is this - two months ago we opened the project. I wrote to you that I needed you to provide all the information for creating the online store, namely - the logo, product descriptions, prices, photos, texts for the About Us pages, etc.
To this, you replied to me every week - yes, yes, everything will be ready by Monday, I will provide everything.
After three weeks, when I still hadn't received any information about the site, I didn't even understand what products you were selling, I filed for arbitration to close the project, as I had nothing to work with. But the client started writing that he really needed the site and that we shouldn't close the project, and that he would provide everything, but he didn't understand at all what I wanted from him and what he needed to provide me.....)))))
I repeated the list of what I needed to be provided for work.
As a result - the client threw me "scraps" from the old site, in Russian (the new site should be in Ukrainian), and provided the logo in PDF format)
As I have already written to you, Daniil, more than once - I am not a designer, nor a copywriter, nor a translator. I will not draw banners for you, write all the texts for the site, product descriptions, and do translations. You must provide all of this to me.
As a result, you received exactly as much information as you provided to me.
I recommend collaborating with this client only if you are a clairvoyant and immediately understand what the client wants and what he needs, as it is very difficult to get any information from him.
