документацию по разделу «Техническое переоснащение жомопрессового отделения».
Произвести расчет:
перемешивающего устройства (вал, лопасти, подшипниковый узел)
питателя шнекового (за аналог принять питатель ДТ-2).
2. Данные для проектирования и расчета
2.1. Чертежи проекта:
А) 2436-02-ТХ.ТЗ.03 Сборник –мешалка с переливом;
Б) 2436-02-ТХ. ТЗ. 02 Бункер гипса, Бункер глинозема;
В) 2436-02-ТХ.Н Общие данные.
2.2. Дополнительная информация:
А покрытие мешалки спроектировать с учетом смотрового лючка р-р 600х500;
Б) толщина стенок мешалки 5мм.
3. Перечень документации, подлежащей сдаче Заказчику
3.1. 3D-модель
3.2 Рабочие чертежи в формате pdf (каждый чертеж отдельно)
3.3. Спецификации выполнить на отдельных листах
4. Примечания
8.1. Обозначение рабочих чертежей принять согласно проекта 2436-02-…-..
8.2. Все изменения и согласования в письменном виде.
