Hello,
I need to find and connect an API for overlaying text on GIF animation or develop such a service. The user will enter custom text and see how it is displayed on the GIF. It is important that the text moves along with the object it is on. For example, if the text is placed on a poster and the poster is torn in two, the text should also be split.
You are expected to connect such a service via API. We do not need an interface, website, etc., only the API, as we will be using this in a mobile application.
